At the preliminary hearings for challenges filed by Shane Hubers, James Merritt, Ricky Radcliffe, and Alan Rogers, the Beaufort County Board of Elections scheduled hearings for the following registered voters on the dates indicated for each voter (either Monday, October 24^th at 5:00pm or Saturday, October 29^th at 9:00 am) at the Board of Elections Office at 1308 Highland Drive, Suite 104, Washington, NC:

The deadline for registration  for the November 8th, 2016 Presidential Election is Friday, October 14th, 2016 by 5:00 pm. Voter registration applications must be received by the Board of Elections by this date. If an application is received after the deadline, the application may still be timely if it was mailed and it is postmarked on or before the voter registration deadline; otherwise, the application will not be processed until after the election.

The Beaufort County Board of Elections will meet at 5:00 pm on Friday, October 14^th, 2016 at the Board of Election Office at 1308 Highland Drive, Suite, 104, Washington, North Carolina. The Board is meeting in order to conduct preliminary hearings (NCGS 163-85(d)) concerning  voter challenges submitted by Ricky Radcliffe (19), James Merritt (12), and Allen Rodgers (42). If probable cause exists, the Board will schedule full hearings.

The Beaufort County Board of Elections will hold a public meeting on Friday, October 7^th, 2016 at 5:00 pm to conduct preliminary hearings on 29 voter challenges filed by Mr. Shane Hubers. If probable cause exists, the Board will schedule full hearings.
