Filing for the April 30th, 2019 Special Congressional Election began on Monday, March 4th and ended on Friday, March 8th, 2019. A detailed Candidates list can be view by clicking HERE or can be download from the link at the bottom of the page.
One Stop Voting
The Beaufort County Board of Elections met on March 12th and approved the following schedule for One Stop Absentee Voting for the April 30th, 2019 Special Congressional Elections:

April 10th (Wed) through April 12th (Fri) 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
April 15th (Mon) through April 18th (Thurs) 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
April 22nd (Mon) through April 26th (Fri) 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The office will be closed Friday April 19th. Please be aware, that a recent law change ends the one stop period on the Friday prior to the election. The Board of Elections will not be open for voting on Saturday April 27th.
Mail Absentee Voting
Absentee by mail began on March 5th. If a voter would like more information of voting by mail in absentee ballot, click HERE.
Sample Ballots
Voter specific sample ballots are now available online. Click on the following link to search for your current voter information and view your sample ballot for the Aril 30th, 2019 Special Congressional Primary Election. Once you access your voter information, scroll down to "sample ballot". Click on the blue link for your sample ballot. Unaffiliated voters will be able to view all ballot styles available to them. Remember, unaffiliated voters can choose one party for the primary, not multiple parties.
