Limited Public Access to Beaufort County Government Offices due to COVID-19 Outbreak including Board of Elections Office beginning March 24th, 2020 at 8:00 am

    Starting March 24th, 2020, Based on the increased numbers of positive COVID-19 tests in adjacent counties and across the State, along with the determination by NC Public Health Officials that community spread of the COVID-19 virus has started, Beaufort County will begin restricting or limiting public access to County offices and continuing operations through telephone and electronic means while scheduling appointments for matters that require face-to-face interactions.  Social distancing measures and enhanced cleaning procedures will continue.

    Voter registration forms can be downloaded HERE and mailed to the Beaufort County Board of Elections, PO Box 1016, Washington, NC 27889. Blank Voter Registrations Forms and a drop box are located outside of our office at 1308 Highland Drive, Suite 104, Washington, NC 27889.

    Any other correspondence can also be deposited in the drop box at the Board of Elections Office.
