A short detour in planned in Aurora on November 3rd, 2026 from 8 am to 5 pm.
Voters will need to use Main Street Extension rather than NC Hwy 33 coming into the Town of Aurora from the west. The detour is highlighted in orange on the map below. The polling location for the Aurora Precinct is the Aurora Community Center at 442 3rd Street, Aurora, NC 27806 which is marked in purple on the map.
